A construction facade at Australia's largest shopping centre says "Apple - Coming Soon". Could be a reseller, but the space in question is 2½ times the width of a normal store in that centre - much, much larger than the existing Apple reseller in the centre.
I haven't tried contacting centre management to see what they have to say, nor have I called the reseller to see if they're moving within the centre. If I get any info I'll post back.
edit: FWIW, the guy on the phone at Computers Now (the existing Apple reseller in the centre) says they're not moving.
